LINEN AND ITS PROPERTIES

The linen fabrics, originates from herbaceous plant "linen", is basically composed by a fibrous substance from which long fibers are extracted for fabrics production. This is biodegradable and is seven times more ecological than cotton, requiring a small quantity of chemical fertilizer in the cultivation of linen plant. It is renewable for 5 years on the same land, preserving the natural riches of the Earth.

Fresh in summer and warm in winter, it is a naturally healthy material that excels by its anti-allergic properties, insect, rot, mould and salt water resistance, and is good humidity absorber.
Its nature is antistatic, which allows the skin and body to maintain their natural pH levels, benefiting people with sensitive skin or sensitive skin conditions.

Linen in its pure state presents numerous benefits over other natural fibers, being a soft, smooth, strong, breathable fabric that is distinguished by its wrinkled, elegant, bright and silky effect, and ensures a long duration.
